Elevate is a free community hike that happens every single week somewhere in the Inland Empire. There is no membership and no fitness bar to clear. You walk at your pace, the group waits at the top, and by the second week people notice when you are not there.
Martin or Eli to camera for 60 to 90 seconds: what the hike is, who it is for, what happens when you show up, and the one line that makes someone decide. This is the single highest-leverage asset missing from the page.

How it works
Drop your first name and email in the form at the bottom of this page. The whole thing takes about twenty seconds and costs nothing.
A new location drops on Instagram every week, and everyone on the list gets it sent straight to their inbox so you never have to check back.
That is the hard part, and honestly it is the only part. The group takes care of everything from there.
The main details
Everything you need before you show up. If a field says it is coming, it genuinely is not set yet. We would rather leave it blank than guess.

The logistics

Why this week
What is actually left
The first drop is gone entirely. Navy is what is left, in 5 sizes. These numbers come straight off the shelf and move on their own.
Timing
The group goes whether you are on the list or not. Deciding the night before is how most people end up not going.
Who should sit one out
Real trails, uneven ground, and a pace set by the group. Very young kids, anyone with mobility limits, and anyone coming back from an injury should check with us first. Not to be turned away, but so we can tell you honestly whether this week's route works for you.
What makes it different
Nobody is timing you and there is no pace group to fall out of. New spot every week, so no one has home-field advantage and nobody is ever the person who does not know the route.
What skipping costs
One hike is a nice morning. Six is a habit, a group of people who know your name, and a body that argues with you less. The gap between those two is just showing up on the weeks you did not feel like it.
Momentum
Everyone who comes regularly had a first week where they nearly did not. The second one is dramatically easier than the first.
Straight up
Martin and Eli do not have to run this. There is no membership behind it and nothing gets sold to you on the trail. Show up, and that is the entire transaction.
The crew
These are not stock athletes. This is the actual group that shows up, waits at the top, and takes the photo at the end.

Real members, real mornings. Follow @elevatefitnessofficial for this week's recap.
Two or three specific people, named, with a real before and after arc. Not “great community” but “came in March, could not finish the first hike, now leads the back of the pack.”
Short pull-quotes from regulars. These do a different job than the case studies above: one-liners, five or six of them, in the members' own words.
One hero image showing the whole Elevate experience at once: the group shot, the tee on real people, the guides on a phone. It gives a first-time visitor the entire picture in a glance.

Merchandise
The tee is optional, always. It is also how the crew spots each other before anyone says a word, on the trail and everywhere else the rest of the week.
Live numbers, straight off the shelf. The first drop already sold out completely.
See the drop →How to connect
The location, the route, and the recap all go out on Instagram first. If you follow one thing, follow that.
It is how anyone new finds out this exists.
One story share reaches more of the right people than any ad we could run.
The single most useful thing you can do. Nobody has ever regretted being brought.

If you want more than the weekly hike
The hike is free and always will be. If you want a plan built around your body, your schedule, and one specific goal, that is what coaching is for. One call, no pitch. We map the next 90 days and you decide.

The hike is free forever. Coaching is the paid step, and right now the page sends people to a Typeform without ever naming a price. That loses the people who would have said yes and burns calls on the people who never would have.
Stack the things that already exist but never get mentioned here: the Trail-Ready Guide, the 7-Day Starter, the recap reels, the group.
A low-friction paid step between the free hike and becoming a coaching client. The $35 tee is already doing this job by accident. It could do it on purpose.
Before You Ask
No. That is the single most common reason people put it off, and it is backwards. The group moves at the pace of whoever is slowest, and somebody is always at the back. Being unfit is the reason to come, not the reason to wait.
Most people do the first time. You will not be the only new face, and nobody is going to leave you standing alone in a parking lot.
Yes, and nothing gets sold to you at the trailhead. Merch and coaching exist if you want them, but they are completely separate from showing up.
Usually 60-90 minutes moving, plus however long people stand around talking afterwards. You can leave whenever you need to.
A different spot every week, always in the Inland Empire. That is deliberate. It keeps things interesting, and it means nobody has home-field advantage. Get on the list and the location comes to you.
Water, shoes with grip, and layers. Everything else is optional. The prep list further up this page covers it.
Ask us first, because it depends entirely on the route that week. Some spots are great for both and some genuinely are not, and we would rather tell you honestly beforehand.
Nothing happens. There is no penalty and no guilt, and you stay on the list for the next one.
